So our morning departure made it 28 miles down the road and the truck started to slightly chug and loose its pep up medium grades. My gut said stop and go back. So we did. We turned around, called Larry (our friend and manager of the RV park we were at) and he concured "come back" and WE will go back to the dealer on Monday. So here we are back in Burley.
Nice little town. Not too big or wild and crazy. The kids were great. We settled into the RV more today. We unpacked the last 2 laundry baskets. The kids worked as a team and put togeth the little computer desk and desk chair we got to make "our office". They even managed as a team with a neighbor to move our the older less comfy recliner that was bulky and in the way. What a difference it made to take the recliner out. It also looks really nice to have a more "office" space. J's laptop now has a safe home and the our printer is out of the closet and secured to the desk. AND yes the desk is secured to the wall. When the other recline turn in for travel and the slide is back in, the desk and printer are nicely snuggled in as well as secured to the 5th wheel. The removal of the other recliner also helped free up some space so that the other more comfy recliner can be pivoted and used to fully recline. (J's likes that).
We also took some family time to go see G-Force. What a funny cute movie with a surprize ending. We also took a family walk with the pups. Tomorrow we are going to go swim in the river and finish putting together the balance of my room. I will also find some time to start working on the rapidly approach new school year.
